Rest isn’t laziness when you’re doing it on purpose. Even creation had a seventh day.

Chosen rest and collapse are different things, even though they can look alike from outside. Collapse is what happens when you ran until you could not, and it leaves you guilty the whole time. Rest you decided on in advance does its job, because you are not also arguing with yourself about whether you deserve it. The pattern of stopping on purpose is built into how the world was made, not an exception you have to justify.
Put one stop in your calendar this week before the week fills up. Two hours, decided now, defended later.
Is your rest scheduled or only what falls through the cracks?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
