Moses told God he wasn’t a good speaker. God sent him anyway and gave him help.

He said he was no good at the one thing being asked of him, which was true and also not the end of it. The response was not reassurance about his abilities. It was a job he was still sent to do, and help for the part he genuinely could not manage. Being unqualified is normal. Expecting to be made eloquent before you start is what keeps people waiting indefinitely.
