Grace isn’t a loophole. It’s a doorway, and you’re supposed to walk through and live differently.

GRATITUDE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Grace is not a technical exemption you can point to afterwards. Treating it as cover, as the thing that makes consequences disappear so the behaviour can continue, misunderstands what it was for. It is an entrance rather than an excuse. You go through it and come out somewhere different, with a changed way of living, which is a far bigger ask than being let off.

Name the thing you have been quietly excusing with it. Then do the harder version this week: stop the behaviour, not just the worrying about the behaviour.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

What have you been forgiven for and quietly kept doing anyway?
