Serving isn’t something you do once you’re mature. It’s how you get there.

Waiting to be ready is the wrong order. Nobody arrives at competence and then starts helping; the helping is what produces whatever competence you end up with. Doing useful things for other people while you are still unformed teaches you patience and how little the feeling matters. Maturity is a result, not an entry requirement.
Take on one small responsibility this week that you do not feel ready for. The younger group, the setup crew, the shift nobody wants. Expect to do it slightly badly at first and keep going anyway.
What are you postponing until you feel grown up enough?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
