Hannah prayed so hard her lips moved with no sound. God hears what you can’t say out loud.

Some things will not go into sentences, and hunting for words makes them smaller than they are. In the story a woman is so far past speech that an onlooker assumes she is drunk. Whatever you believe about who was listening, the inarticulate version counts. You do not have to translate yourself before you are understood.
Stop drafting the thing you cannot say. Sit with it for five minutes without producing a sentence about it. And if there is a person you trust, tell them the fragment you have, even if it comes out wrong.
What do you want so badly you cannot say it aloud?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
