A persistent idea says this needs a proper setting, a quiet room, time set aside. That idea mostly functions as a reason to skip it. Thirty seconds in a car with the engine on is not a lesser version, it is the one that fits an actual Tuesday. Conditions you cannot meet are not requirements.

Attach it to something you already do every day. The walk from the car, the queue at the canteen, the last two minutes before practice. Keep it that short, because short things are the ones that survive a full week.
