A man collapses under a tree having run out of everything, and the first intervention in the story is sleep and a meal. No instruction, no correction, no plan. Exhaustion is a physical condition and it gets answered physically. A lot of what feels like a crisis of meaning is a crisis of not having eaten or slept.

Before you make any big judgement about your life, check the basics. Eat something, go to bed early, drink water, put the phone down. Then see whether the problem is still the same size in the morning.
