You can carry a heavy week without carrying it alone. That’s the whole point of a Savior.

The weight does not get removed. What changes is whether you are the only one holding it, and the same load is survivable shared and crushing alone. Whatever you believe about who else is holding it, the practical half is the same. Nobody is meant to do a hard week with no one else informed.

Tell one person this week about the thing you have not told anybody. Not to get it solved, just to stop being the only one who knows. Then let them check on you without pretending it is fine.
