Health is not merely the absence of diagnosis.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Not being ill is a low bar. There is a wide space between no diagnosis and actually feeling well, and a great many people live in it, functional and depleted, with nothing wrong enough to name. Waiting for a condition means the whole of that range goes unaddressed.
Rather than asking whether anything is wrong, ask how you would like to feel on an ordinary Wednesday. Then work backward. The gap between fine and good is often closable.
What would feeling genuinely well look like for you?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
