Even a bad day usually has one good minute in it. Learning to find that minute is a skill.

Finding the good minute is a trainable skill, which means you can be bad at it now and better at it in a month. Most people have never practiced, so a rough day gets filed as uniformly bad, when in fact there was a decent lunch, one funny exchange and four minutes of good weather in it. The minute was there. The looking is what was missing.
At the end of each day this week, name the best minute of it. Say it out loud or write one line. Keep going when it feels pointless.
What helps you spot the one good minute on bad days?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
