You can fake effort in practice for a while. Game day is where everybody finds out.
LEADERSHIP
LEADERSHIP
Effort can be performed. You can jog the drill, nod at the right moments, stand at the back of the line, and nobody will stop you for weeks. What cannot be performed is the thing the drill was quietly building, and when the speed goes up that absence arrives all at once. The gap stays invisible right until the moment it costs you.
Pick one part of practice you have been coasting through and go at it honestly tonight, even if you are the only one who knows. Count something real: reps, makes, seconds. A number you did not fake is the only proof worth keeping.
What would game day reveal about your actual preparation?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
