Some things lose meaning when converted into content too quickly.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Turning an experience into something to be shown changes what it is while you are still inside it. Part of your attention moves to framing, and the moment becomes partly a performance of the moment. Some things simply cannot survive that split. The value was in the undivided attention that has now been halved.
Choose a few things you will not document at all, the meal, the trip, the conversation. Let them exist only in your own memory. What you lose in evidence you get back in presence.
What did you rush to share and then value less?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
