Your team watches how you act on the bad day, not what you post on the good one.

LEADERSHIP
Anybody can be generous when things are going well. What people actually judge you by is the day the shift goes wrong, because that is when your real priorities show up without editing. The good-day version of you is a choice; the bad-day version is a reflex, and reflexes are what others plan around. One bad afternoon can undo a month of being pleasant.
Pick the thing you do when you are stressed and tired, and change that one thing. Lower your voice, or take a minute outside before you speak. Say sorry quickly on the days you get it wrong.
What did your worst recent day show the people watching?
