Let the person who found the problem help fix it. Ownership grows fastest when you hand it over.

Whoever noticed something is already interested, and interest is the hardest part to manufacture. Taking the problem off them turns a person who cared into a person who merely reports things, and it goes downhill from there. Letting them work on it costs you a slower fix and buys somebody who now feels responsible for a piece of the whole. That transfer is how groups grow people.
When somebody flags a problem this week, ask them to help sort it instead of thanking them and taking it away. Give them whatever they need. Let the solution be theirs, including the credit.
Whose problem did you take over instead of letting them fix it?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
