Curiosity is just noticing something interesting and refusing to scroll past it.

Curiosity is not a personality type that some people were issued and others were not. It is a small decision, repeated: you notice something slightly odd and you stop instead of moving on. The noticing happens to everybody all day long. What separates curious people is that they spend thirty seconds on it rather than letting the next thing wash it away.

Next time something catches your eye and you feel the pull to keep going, stop and look it up. Give it one minute. Do that two or three times this week and you will have learned things nobody assigned you.
