Where you place responsibility is often where you surrender or reclaim your power.

Responsibility and power travel together. Place the cause of your situation entirely outside yourself and you have described a world where nothing you do matters. Place too much inside and you take on things that were never yours. The location matters more than the fairness of it, because wherever you assign the cause is where your ability to act ends up.

With one situation that frustrates you, ask what portion is genuinely yours to move, however small. Then act on that portion this week rather than on the part belonging to someone else. Reclaiming power is usually a matter of narrowing your focus, not widening it.
