You cannot lie to yourself forever without eventually living inside the lie.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
A story told to yourself often enough stops being a story and becomes the walls. You start selecting what to notice, which people to keep close, and which conversations to avoid, all in ways that keep the account intact. Eventually the life takes the shape of the lie, and by then the lie is much more expensive to abandon than it was at the beginning.
Name the one thing you have been telling yourself that you already suspect is not accurate. You do not have to act on it yet. Simply stop repeating it, and notice what shifts when it is no longer being maintained.
What have you told yourself so often you no longer question it?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
