Stop asking who caused the wound long enough to ask who is responsible for healing it now.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Cause and repair are separate questions, and only one of them is available to you now. Understanding who hurt you matters and deserves its time, but that inquiry can run indefinitely without producing any healing, because the person who caused it is usually not the person who can undo it. At some point the useful question changes.
Without dismissing what happened or pretending it was fair, ask what one thing would help you feel a little better this month. Then give that thing your attention. Taking on the healing is not the same as taking on the blame.
What healing are you waiting for someone else to begin?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
