You don’t learn to drive stick from a diagram. You learn by stalling at a green light and trying again.

Certain knowledge lives in your hands and ears and nowhere else. A diagram can show you where the clutch sits, but the feel of the bite point only arrives after the car has lurched and died a few times, usually with somebody waiting behind you. The stalling is not a sign you misread the diagram. It is the method.
Whatever you are trying to learn physically, go and do the clumsy version somewhere low stakes. An empty lot, a quiet hour, a patient person in the passenger seat. Count the failures rather than hiding them, because the number going down is the only progress report that matters.
What can you only learn by embarrassing yourself in public?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
