REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Finding out that something is common can feel like being dismissed, as though ordinary means unimportant. Here it means the opposite. If a feeling is widespread, plenty of people have already been in it and come out, which makes it a known route rather than uncharted territory.
Ask one person older than you whether they have ever felt like this. Most will say yes, and most will say more than you expect. If it is heavy and not shifting, that is worth taking to a counsellor or a doctor, who sees this often and knows what helps.
Who has already been through what is wearing you down?
