If you only enjoy it when it’s posted, check who it’s really for.

There is a difference between enjoying something and enjoying being seen enjoying it. The second feels like the first in the moment, and the tell is what happens when the audience is removed: if the activity goes flat without a camera, the camera was the point. That is not a moral failure.

Run the test once this week. Do the thing and tell nobody, then see whether you still want to do it again. If the answer is yes, you have found something that is actually yours.
