Take more photos of the people you love and fewer of your food. The people are the ones who change.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Food photographs identically in five years. Faces do not. What makes an old photo worth keeping is almost always that somebody in it has changed, grown up, moved away or got harder to see, and that is the one ingredient you cannot add afterwards.
This week photograph the people you are eating with rather than the food. Ask for the group shot even though it is awkward, because nobody has ever regretted having one.
Whose face is missing from your camera roll entirely?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
