Mixing two languages in one text isn’t sloppy. It’s just using the full keyboard.

REFLECTION
Switching between languages inside a sentence is not sloppiness, it is precision. You reach for whichever word is exact, and sometimes the exact one sits in the other language, which is why bilingual people do it constantly when talking to each other. The only people it confuses are the ones who have half the vocabulary.
Stop apologising for it in messages to people who understand both. Write the way you actually talk at home. Keep the single-language version for people who need it, as a courtesy rather than a correction.
Who do you text in two languages at once?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
