Your mood will lie to you about how your whole life is going. Check the facts again on a better day.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
A mood does not stay in its lane. Thin sleep or one bad hour rewrites your assessment of your friendships, your ability and your prospects, and presents the whole lot as objective, which is why everything can look structurally broken at eleven at night and merely annoying by Tuesday. The feeling is real. Its claims about your whole life are not reliable.
Make yourself a rule: no large conclusions while the mood is loud. Write the thought down, do something physical, reread it after sleep. Keep whatever survives the second reading.
