Calm isn’t the same as not caring. Some of the people who care most are the steadiest ones in the room.

Calm gets read as indifference, especially somewhere that visible stress has become the proof that something matters to you. Usually it is the other way round. People who care most about a result often train themselves to be steady, because panic is useless in the actual moment and steadiness is what makes somebody worth relying on when things go wrong.
Separate the two in your own head this week. Notice who is loud and who is useful when something goes badly. Then practise being the second kind, starting with the next small failure.
