Confidence isn’t a mood you wait for. It’s a receipt you collect after you show up.

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

Confidence arrives in the wrong order from how most people expect. You keep waiting to feel ready, and the feeling is actually built out of evidence you do not have yet, because the evidence only comes from doing the thing badly a few times first. Nobody hands it over in advance.

Choose one thing this week you have been waiting to feel ready for: the tryout, the question in class, the first shift. Do it while still nervous. Afterwards, note what you survived, because that note is the whole point.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

Which time you showed up anyway still counts as proof?
