“I’m not creative” usually means you’ve never been allowed to be bad at it for long enough.

Nobody is fluent at the start, and most people quit in the stretch where their work is honestly not good yet. Naming it a missing trait is kinder to your pride than admitting you stopped at week two, and it has the side effect of closing the door for good. Skill looks like talent from outside because you only ever see it after the ugly part.
Choose something you want to make and commit to thirty bad attempts rather than one good one. Keep them where you can watch them change. Show nobody until the pile is deep enough to argue with you about what you are capable of.
How long did you give yourself before quitting that creative thing?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
