Clean systems make accountability easier because missing pieces stand out.

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

In an orderly system, gaps are obvious. A missing report, an unfinished step, a task nobody picked up all stand out against the pattern, and there is no argument about whether something happened. Disorder makes everything deniable, not through dishonesty but because nobody can tell. Clarity does most of the work that supervision is supposed to do.

Where responsibility keeps blurring, make the expected state visible rather than adding oversight. A simple shared list often solves what several conversations could not. What can be seen tends to get done.
