Plenty of your knowledge does not come with a label on it. You can read a face, tell when a room has gone wrong, feel that an answer is off before you can say why, and none of that arrived as a lesson you could point to. Being unable to explain something is not the same as not knowing it. People discount whatever they cannot justify, and it leaves them stuck.
When you have a strong sense about something this week, write it down before you argue yourself out of it. Check it afterwards against what happened, because keeping score teaches you which hunches to trust.
What do you already know without being able to explain it?
