A bike is impossible to balance standing still and easy at speed. Some things only make sense once you start moving.

CREATIVITY

WHAT THIS MEANS

Some problems are unsolvable in theory and straightforward in motion. Standing still on a bike takes skill nobody has, and the same wobble is effortless at ten miles an hour, which is why planning endlessly before you start makes a thing look harder than it is. You cannot think your way into balance. It comes from the movement.

Start the badly understood thing this week before you feel ready: one email, one page, one session, one conversation. Accept that the first part will be unsteady. Decide after a week of actually doing it, not after a week of thinking about it.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

Why are you solving this before you have started moving?
