Half your frustration is pushing a door that says pull. Read the sign before you blame the door.

A fair amount of struggle comes from using the wrong method on something that was willing to open. You push harder, get angrier at the door, and never check whether the instruction was there all along, because effort feels more active than reading. Frustration is often a signal to look rather than to push. The thing is rarely as stuck as it feels.
When something resists this week, stop for ten seconds and find the instruction: the rubric, the manual, the person who has done it before. Ask the obvious question you have been too embarrassed to ask, then try again in the right direction.
Where have you been blaming something you never looked at?
