You can’t see your own eyes without a mirror, and you can’t see your own habits without a friend.

CREATIVITY
There are parts of yourself you cannot see from inside. You need a reflective surface for your own eyes and something similar for your own patterns, because the person doing the looking is also the thing being looked at. Friends can see what you do with your face when you are annoyed, how you talk about your family, what you avoid. You cannot, and no amount of thinking harder will fix that.
Ask one person you trust what you are like to be around when you are stressed. Let them answer fully. Say thank you rather than explaining.
Which friend would tell you the truth about your habits?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
