Elevators come with an emergency phone because getting stuck was always expected. Asking for help is part of the design.

CREATIVITY
Getting stuck was anticipated by whoever built the thing. There is a phone in the elevator because the designers assumed failure, which means asking for help is not an embarrassing departure from the plan, it is one of the features. People tend to treat needing help as evidence of some personal defect. The building disagrees, and so does every system that works.
Think of what you have been struggling with privately for more than a month. Tell one person this week, a teacher, a parent, a coach, a friend. Use plain words and do not open with an apology.
What makes asking for help feel like a failure to you?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
