Stand in a river and it moves around you. Stand still in life and it does the same, without you.

Current does not wait for permission. Stand in moving water and it goes around you, and the water is unbothered either way, and the same is true of a year. Classes get picked, teams get chosen, friends make plans, and none of it pauses while you decide whether you are ready. Standing still is not neutral. It just means things happen in your vicinity rather than with you in them.

Pick the thing you have been waiting to feel ready for. Take the smallest possible step into it this week, the sign up, the message, the first session, while you still feel unready.
