Rest is part of how strong things stay strong. Fish sit behind rocks where the water is still, not because they cannot swim but because nothing swims indefinitely, and the ones that know where the quiet water is last longer. People who are good at hard things almost always have a hiding place. It is usually unglamorous and it is never accidental.

Find your rock. One place and one hour this week where nothing is required of you, and treat it as part of the training rather than a reward for finishing.
