The same conditions are a loss for one person and an opening for another. When the water goes out somebody is disappointed about swimming and somebody else gets to work, because the thing that closed one option opened a different one entirely. Quiet seasons are like that. The cancelled trip, the broken ankle, the job nobody wants on a Sunday morning.

Look at what is currently low in your life or around you. Ask what becomes possible specifically because of that, and take one of those chances this week while the tide is still out.
