Some bridges get repaired one lane at a time while traffic keeps moving. You can heal and keep living.

CREATIVITY

WHAT THIS MEANS

Repair does not require a shutdown. Whatever you are working through can be worked on while school continues, while shifts continue, while you turn up to practice half-mended. Waiting until everything stops before you start getting better is a wait that never ends, because life does not pause to let you fix it.

Pick the one lane you can close this week. Perhaps that is going to bed earlier, or saying no to one thing, or telling one person the truth. Keep the rest of the traffic moving, and let the work happen slowly in the inside lane.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

What could you work on while still keeping going?
