The Amazon pushes more water into the ocean than any other river, and it started as trickles in the mountains.

Nothing that ends up large starts out large. What makes a river enormous is not any single stream but the fact that thousands of small ones keep joining and nothing stops. The scale at the mouth is just the arithmetic of a long way travelled, which means the beginning is supposed to look unimpressive.
Judge what you are starting by whether it is still going, not by its size. Keep the small contributions coming: the twenty minutes, the one extra rep, the fifty dollars. Let them collect for a year before you decide what they add up to.
What trickle are you starting that could get large?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
