Being the youngest on the team means you’re early, not behind.

Position in a group is not the same as progress. Being the youngest means you got here sooner than the people your age, and the gap you feel is a gap in years rather than in ability. It looks like being behind because everyone around you is further along, and they are also older.

Measure yourself against people your own age for once, then go back to learning from the older ones. Ask them questions, since most people like being asked, and copy what they do in training rather than only what they do in games. Being the youngest is a few years of free education if you use it.
