Slow progress feels a lot like being stuck. The difference only shows when you look back far enough.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Stuck and slow produce the same sensation from inside, which is why so many people quit things that were working. Across a day or a week, real movement sits below the threshold you can detect, so the only way to separate the two states is to compare over a distance long enough for the difference to appear. Feelings are not instruments for this.
Find something recorded a few months back and set it honestly against now. If there is movement, you are slow rather than stuck, and the plan is to continue. If there is truly none after a fair stretch, change one thing.
