A person afraid of being wrong eventually becomes afraid of learning.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Learning requires being wrong in public, at least in the small private public of your own mind. If being wrong feels like a threat to your standing or your worth, you will avoid every situation where it might happen, which means avoiding anything new, hard, or genuinely useful. The fear starts as protection and ends as a fence around a shrinking area.
Put yourself somewhere this week where you are visibly a beginner. A skill, a room, a conversation where you know less than everyone. Rebuilding your tolerance for not knowing is what makes learning available again.
Where does being wrong cost you more than it should?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
