Not everyone will like your boundaries. They don’t have to.

A rule that pleases everybody is probably not doing anything. Some of the people who find yours inconvenient are not being unfair, they simply preferred the arrangement where you were more available, which is a reasonable thing to prefer and not something you have to fix. Their mild displeasure is part of the cost, and a smaller cost than the alternative. Approval is not the standard a limit has to meet.

Set the one you have been putting off and let people be a bit annoyed. Do not keep checking whether everyone is fine with it. A week later it is usually just how things are.
