You learn more about people from how they lose a board game than from their bio.

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

Character shows up under small pressure rather than in self-description. Anybody can present themselves well in a few lines, but how somebody handles losing, being teased, or waiting in a long queue is not curated, because they are not thinking about the impression. Small frustrations are honest. They arrive before anyone has had a chance to arrange a face.

Watch for that this week instead of asking more questions. Notice who stays decent when a game goes badly, then notice how you handle it, since the same test applies to you.
