Notice the teammate who never complains. They’re often the one carrying the most.

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

Complaining and workload are only loosely related. The person who says nothing is easy to overlook precisely because they make no noise, and quiet reliability tends to get rewarded with more of the same, until they are carrying a share nobody has counted. Silence is not the same as being fine. Often it only means somebody is not asking.

Pick the person on your team who never makes a fuss and ask them directly how it is going. Take something off their list if you can. Say thanks specifically rather than generally.
