Beauty often rewards attention more than speed.

REFLECTION
Some things give up nothing at a glance and a great deal at the fifth look. The detail, the structure, what was left out, what changes when you sit with it. A world organized around speed of consumption is structurally bad at these, which does not make them less rewarding.
Choose one thing this week and give it far more time than it seems to require. A painting, a piece of music, a chapter read twice. The return per minute is unusual and it retrains a kind of attention that is getting rare.
What would you see if you sat with something for ten minutes?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
