If you’ve decided someone hates you, every look becomes evidence.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
A conclusion about how somebody feels about you turns into a collection device, and after that the evidence only ever runs one way. A glance, a short reply, a seat taken somewhere else all get filed as confirmation, and nothing gets filed against. The case builds itself and feels overwhelming, which is exactly what a one-sided search produces.
Try to disprove it this week rather than add to it. Look for three things that do not fit: a time they included you, a normal conversation, a message they sent first. If you still cannot shake it and the person matters, ask them something direct. Guessing is heavier than asking.
Who have you convicted on nothing but glances and silence?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
