Overfeed a fish tank and the water turns cloudy. Overfeed your brain with content and so does your thinking.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Too much input, even good input, wrecks the output. A tank with more food than the fish can eat goes cloudy because the surplus has nowhere to go, and a day crammed with videos and opinions does something similar to your thinking: nothing gets digested, so everything stays suspended. The feeling it produces is being informed. The effect is fog.
Cut one source this week instead of adding a better one. After anything you watch, take two minutes to say what you actually think about it. Fewer inputs and more digesting is how the water clears.
When did your thinking last feel cloudy from too much input?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
