Generosity includes making introductions, sharing credit, and opening access.
GRATITUDE
GRATITUDE
The most valuable things you can give are frequently not yours to spend: the person you know, the credit you can direct toward someone else, the room you can get somebody into. These cost you almost nothing and can restructure a career.
Think of one person doing good work who is under-seen, and one door you could open for them this month. Say their name where it counts. This is the most efficient generosity available to most of us and it is chronically underused.
