Pick one hobby that nobody will ever see. Something you’re allowed to be bad at in private.

Everything you are good at was once something you were bad at, but the moment people are watching, being bad gets expensive and you start skipping the stage where learning actually happens. A hobby nobody knows about gives that stage back. There is no comparison, no feedback and no reputation to protect, so you can be clumsy for as long as it takes.

Pick something you have been curious about and start it this week without telling anyone. Bad guitar, bad sketching, bad cooking. Keep it private at least until you are past the worst of it.
