Being both a homebody and a show-off isn’t confusing. It’s normal. Nobody fits in a one-word bio.

Being two things at once is not a contradiction that needs settling. You can want the stage and want your own room, and both are true, because nobody is built to fit inside a single adjective. The pressure to choose one usually comes from how other people file you away, which is a convenience for them rather than a fact about you.

Next time you catch yourself explaining away one half, let both halves stand. Do something loud and something solitary in the same week. Notice that neither one cancels out the other.
